These terms govern your use of Tool Social ("the service"), available at tool.bivon.dev. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Tool Social lets you connect your own social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Pinterest, X) and schedule or automatically publish posts to them, with optional AI-assisted captions.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, any social account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, spam, or that violates the terms of the social platforms you connect (including Meta's Platform Terms, Pinterest's, and X's). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the connected platforms.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or policy decisions made by those platforms, which may affect whether or when a post is published. Some platforms (e.g. X) charge for API use; any such costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
AI-generated content
Captions may be generated with AI. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate and compliant, including any required advertising or affiliate disclosures.
Availability and data
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect accounts or request deletion at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service or from actions of the connected platforms.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
